drying food products, fruits (for drying apples, pears, oranges, mangoes, berries), vegetables, hemp, mushrooms, biomass, as well as for other materials outside the food industry

The drying process involves the transfer of moisture from the dried material by a stream of air at the right temperature. The heated air is distributed by means of diffusers located in the back wall of the chamber. The precise placement of the trays forces a laminar, horizontal air flow inside the chamber. The used air after absorbing moisture is drained by means of ventilation ducts placed outside of the machine.

The drying process is monitored for the temperature of the supply air and the temperature of the exhaust air.
