Infrared Coveyor Drier STPr uses infrared radiation for drying, which is strongly absorbed by a thin, surface layer of dried material. In extruded, porous products, penetration with infrared rays is particularly effective. The material deposited on the conveyor moves along the tunnel chamber. The heat of the air used inside the tunnel is used again to preheat a new portion of the process air, reducing its relative humidity. The air circulation system increases the energy efficiency of the device. The source of infrared radiation is electric or gas radiators. The  drier uses a modern control system that allows flexible adjustment of the operating parameters to the needs of various raw materials and drying stages.

Convection Conveyor Drier STKw is used for drying all types of industrial products soaked in solvents such as cyclohexane, xylene, ethanol, methanol. The drying material laid on the conveyor moves along the chamber. The heat of the air used inside the chamber is used again to preheat a new portion of the process air. The circulation system increases the energy efficiency of the device. The air heated to the required temperature is supplied to the chamber by fan. The air distribution system allows even distribution of heated air in the entire volume of the chamber. The walls of the chamber are made of sandwich type plates with polyurethane foam inside. The chamber’s interior is made of stainless steel.
