In order for us to be able to start preparing offer for you as soon as possible, we must have all the necessary information and requirements at our disposal, i.e.: – what do you want to dry? (e.g. apple, pear, raspberry, carrot) – how fragmented is it (e.g. cube, post, dust) – density (kg/m3)? – what efficiency (kg raw material/h)? – energy source (electricity, gas, oil, biomass, steam, hot water, etc.)? – where is the device to be placed (in Poland or outside Poland)? – when is the device needed for? Don’t be discouraged if you don’t know the answers to all your questions. Together we will determine all the details.

We serve each of our customers with our best knowledge and experience in the field of drying. Many years of experience in building energy devices, long-term cooperation with customers throughout Poland and willingness to learn and follow novelties translate into the amount of accumulated knowledge, which we are happy to share with our customers. In addition, we work closely with the Institute of Horticulture in Skierniewice, from where we also receive invaluable and substantive support. We provide advice and guidance free of charge. For customers interested in developing a comprehensive manufacturing technology, we liaise with the Institute, which then prepares an appropriate offer.

The first stage of implementation is to determine the client’s needs, taking into account the assumed budget. In the case of custom-made devices, we prepare a contract specifying the dates and scope of implementation. The client then approves the preliminary design. The construction of the device takes place within the time limit provided in the contract. Before the device is delivered to the customer, the customer receives a notice of readiness for transport to the place of installation. After assembly and commissioning (including training in operation), the customer receives documentation (DTR + CE declaration) and signs the final acceptance protocol. We give a 5-year warranty on the operation of the device, provided that an annual inspection and service is carried out.
