drying food products, fruits (for drying apples, pears, oranges, mangoes, berries), vegetables, hemp, mushrooms, biomass, as well as for other materials outside the food industry

Drying of the material takes place in a continuous mode or batch mode. Inside the entire lenght of the drying chamber are tightly placed trolleys . The drying process consists of alternating the supply of heated air to each drying tray through diffusers located in the side walls of the drying chamber. The worked air is discharged outside the chamber through the outlet channel.

The drying process is monitored for the temperature of the supply air and the temperature of the exhaust air.
